职位详细描述--
Responsible for customer orders and production planning when required
Representation and teamwork together with the production planner
Resposible for maintain and update data in the ERP and Kingdee system
Responsible for booking and checking all orders in the CT/ERP System
Responsible for sales price to be calculated, coordinated and controlled with PTE Germany
Repsonsible for planning reporting and statement of sales directly to the Commercial Manager / Department leader
Responsible for customers documentations including price offer, calculations, contact notes, meeting report and report after business travelling
Shoule always working on a good strategic and customer service
Responsible for claims (Answer to the customer in one week )
Reports to the Commercial Manager / Department leader
Budget responsibilities.
Has the authority to define new order handlings methods and/or user-friendly in the system

Is a good communicator and gets on well with people at all levels
Is creative and able to find innovative solutions for sales process
Has a good working knowledge of MS Office applications
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and a confident command of English and/or German
Has worked in a similar role in a manufacturing company for more than 3 years
Has a broad knowledge of order processing procedures
