1，Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering,
Materials Science or other natural-science-based
discipline preferred or equivalent experience
2，Five years Rubber indurstry working
experience.
JD:
1, Furnishes data from lab tests for incoming
compound inspection and process problems, and
for research efforts.
2,As a leader of developing compound, implementing
searching materials and vendor and localizing the
compound.
3,Recommends repair or scrap instructions for
nonconforming materials under the direction of the
Technical Manager.
4,Maintains records of lab test data and statistically
evaluates data to identify when process adjustments
are necessary.
5,Operates lab instruments (rheometers, tensile/compression
testers, Wallace IRHD and Shore A hardness testers,
analytical balance)and other lab equipment to the extent
necessary to achieve the Position Objective.
6,Assists Lab Testers with the periodic calibration
(or verification of calibration) and lab instruments
maintenance.
Assists Lab Testers with preparation of test reports
for Quality and outside customers.
8,Recommends cure times and temperatures to molding
leads and supervisors.
9,Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities
as apparent or as delegated, including mutually
agreed upon objectives.
