任职要求：
BS Degree in Rubber Engineering or equivalent
experience.
Solid Experience in Lean Manufacturing for process
improvement and cost control.
Experience in rubber industry, including TS 16949
knowledge is preferred
职位描述：
1.Executes x-orders, PPAP, CPAP test cures and
recommends modifications and improvements for quality,
efficiency, and cost reduction.
2.Responsible for designing and developing the process
for new products.Responsible to develop operator
instructions for production.Works with Quality
Engineer to develop and implement control charts
and SPC for new products.
3.Works with tooling engineer to transitions new
products into mass production after customer
approval is received (release to production).
Performs required tests on engineering projects
to support production requirements.
4.Monitors as directed Profit Enhancement Projects
to reduce costs, improve quality, increase
productivity and reduce material waste.
5.Evaluates and takes part in final design review
for tool releases.
6.Provides summary of recommendations and changes,
and updates of projects in process to technical
Manager and General Manager.
7.Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities
as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed
upon objectives.
