任职要求：
*Education:Bachelors of Engineering degree
or equivalent experience.
*Experience:Eng. I,0-1, Eng II,1-3, Eng III,
3 – 6 years minimum in Manufacturing or
Engineering environment. Senior Eng, 6+ years
and Chief Eng classifications require above
standard performance with additional tenure
and experience.
Knowledge of rubber or plastic manufacturing
processes, estimating and preparing customer
quotations preferred.
职位描述：
1.Follows RFQ system to select the best
manufacturing process available within the
plant and determine the best work center,
develops a clear quotation for new products,
assemblies and replacement tooling in an
accurate and timely manner. Collaborates
if necessary with Estimating in the U.S.
to review and complete the quote. Forwards
new enquiries that may not fit Suzhou
processes to Technical Manager to forward
to appropriate estimating resource based upon
company- wide capabilities.
2.Obtains information for the quote process,
including price targets, molding rates, inspection
rates, tool sizes and types, compound
processability and usage, industry and customer
requirements. Obtains input from manufacturing
and chemists from all locations, sales, finance
and customer if needed, and previous quotes if
applicable. Ensures the material and process
selected fit to our best production practice,
and is cost competitive through conducting time
studies, comparison to current jobs and review
of mold files.
3.Completes the ECR process maintainance as the
accountable Engineer to update Item, BOM &；amp；
amp； Routing in BPCS. Compares the standard in
RFQ and BPCS with actuals, provides information to
production to take action to continuously drive costs down.
4.Participates with other Product Launch
activities and manufacturing improvement
projects as they pertain to costing profitability,
planning and BPCS.
