| 招聘内容： |
1. Provides support to maximize facility productivity by leading support related functions such as mechanical repair of all facility equipment, maintaining spare parts and training of direct reports. Actively works with production to resolve and prevent future down time. Available during all operational hours to resolve maintenance related issues that may cause production down-time.
2. To manage and direct maintenance activities to minimize production down-time through a pro-active preventive maintenance program. Make sure that maintenance management program MP2 is running well.
3. Schedules maintenance activities with Production Control or other departments when needed.
4. Properly instructs the troubleshooting method for all equipment assuring that the LOTO procedure is utilized.
5. Works with outside contractors to coordinate the installation of equipment and maintenance of the grounds and building.
6. Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
Must motivate and coach direct reports always leading by example and work in harmony with all Team Members.
University diploma or equivalent. Three-year technical degree helpful .
5years or more maintenance experience；3 years or more of maintenance experience in rubber product manufacturing company and exposure to facility and grounds maintenance； 1 year supervisor experience.
Coordinate, supervise and direct all maintenance activities performed by MPP maintenance employees and outside contractors as required, assuring our safety standards are met. This includes the installation of equipment, preventative maintenance, repair and maintenance of the grounds and building. Thorough communication as required with necessary team members to meet expectations. Support schedules as priorities dictate. Responsible to minimize production down-time due to maintenance related issues during all MPP production hours. |
