1.Be fluent in English speaking,writing and reading
2.+5 experience of rubber background
3.Good at office software
Responsibilities:
1.Report to GM.
2.Fulfill production planning with good quality
3.Take charge of daily operation and management, control production cost strictly.
4. Coordinate the production department and the other departments to get close partnership to solve the problems arising during production and to make proper production running.
5.Make sure high quality product as well as production safety, thus, to prevent all kinds of incidents
6.Make production safety operation criterion and production management system ， implement all the policies, strategies and regulations of company.
